Bovaird Family Deck Transformation in Franktown, Colorado

We recently completed a beautiful custom deck renovation for the Bovaird family in Franktown — and the transformation speaks for itself.

The original deck had seen better days. The paint was heavily faded, and several boards were beginning to fall apart, making the space feel worn and unsafe. The Bovaird family wanted a low-maintenance, modern upgrade that would restore both the beauty and functionality of their outdoor living space.

For this project, we installed Trex Enhance in Coastal Bluff, giving the deck a warm, natural wood appearance with long-lasting durability. To complete the look, we paired it with sleek Fortress Handrail in Black Sand, adding a clean modern contrast and improved safety.
