At Sage Creek Decks, we're thrilled to share the story of our latest project in Parker, Colorado, where we had the privilege of transforming the Fechner family's outdoor space. Their old deck was in dire need of attention; years of wear and tear left them with rotting wood that was not only unsightly but also a safety hazard. Understanding their desire for a fresh start and a more functional living area, we set out to create a deck that would not only meet but exceed their expectations.
We expanded the deck to be flush with their home, replacing the tiny and impractical space they previously had. The new design offers ample room for entertaining and relaxing, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor areas. This transformation has given the Fechners a beautiful space where they can enjoy Colorado's stunning weather with family and friends.
For this project, we used Trex Toasted Sand Composite Decking, known for its durability and low maintenance, ensuring that the Fechners can enjoy their deck without the constant upkeep wood demands. Complementing this choice were Fortress Black Sand Handrails, adding a touch of elegance and providing sturdy support. The combination of these high-quality materials not only enhances the deck's aesthetics but also promises longevity and resilience against Colorado's diverse climate.
